Tinto

Tinto hill is one of the most common climbs as its straight forward.  Very accessible to reach and there is a car part near Thankerton.  There is however a more challenging route from the south.

The terrain is very straightforward being a hill path that is very wide and clear of debris.

Distance is around 7 km/4.5 miles which should take the average walker around 2-3 hours to complete.
